Shipping Policy

Fast, reliable delivery across Australia

We deliver to almost anywhere in Australia. Whether you are in a metro area or a regional town, here’s everything you need to know about delivery times, costs, and what to expect when you order from MyDepot.

Delivery options

We use trusted carriers to get your order to you safely and on time. Depending on the size of your order and your location, we offer standard delivery and, for larger orders, custom delivery scheduling. All deliveries are tracked so you know exactly where your order is.

What you need to know about delivery

  • Showroom-stocked items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Supplier-sourced items may have longer lead times — we will let you know at quote stage
  • Delivery to metro areas generally takes 2–7 business days after dispatch
  • Regional and remote areas may take 7–15 business days after dispatch
  • Showroom pickup is always available at Unit 23, 51 Nelson Road, Yennora NSW 2161

Delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and order size. For large or bulky items (bathtubs, vanity suites, shower screens), we may need to provide a custom shipping quote. Contact us with your postcode and product list and we will get you an accurate price.

Important notes on delivery charges

  • Additional charges may apply for stair-only access or locations not accessible by elevator
  • Hard-to-reach delivery locations may require a two-person delivery team, which incurs extra cost
  • Any extra charges will be communicated and agreed upon before the second delivery attempt
  • If a scheduled delivery is missed because no one was available, a re-delivery fee may apply

Delivery timing

We aim to get every order out the door as quickly as possible. After dispatch, standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days for metro areas and 7–15 business days for regional areas. Keep in mind that public holidays, peak sale periods, and extreme weather can sometimes cause delays beyond our control.

For remote locations, some carriers may not deliver to the door. In those cases, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest depot or Australia Post office, and you will be notified to collect it.

Showroom pickup

Prefer to collect in person? No problem. Our Yennora showroom is available for pickup during business hours. Once your order is ready, we will send you a notification with all the details so you know exactly when to come.
