When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We will confirm receipt of your order and provide an order reference number. In some cases, particularly for large or trade orders, we may contact you to confirm details before processing.
How the ordering process works

- Proceed to checkout and provide your contact and delivery details
- Choose your payment method and complete your purchase
- We confirm your order and provide an order reference number
- We prepare your order for dispatch or pickup
- You receive updates at each stage until your order is delivered
Pricing and availability
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to ensure pricing and availability information is accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel or amend orders affected by such errors. If this happens, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Orders that have already been dispatched or prepared for pickup may not be eligible for changes or cancellation.
