Changed your mind? No worries — here is how it works

We understand that sometimes a product doesn’t quite work out. Whether it is the wrong size, the wrong finish, or you have simply changed your mind, here is what you need to know about returning an unwanted item to MyDepot.

Change of mind returns policy

We accept change-of-mind returns on most products within 365 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. We know that renovation projects can take time, and we want to give you the flexibility to make decisions at your own pace.

Conditions for change-of-mind returns

  • Items must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition (no installation, no modifications)
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Returns over $2,000 within a single year may incur a 15% restocking fee
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item

Items not eligible for change-of-mind returns

Some items simply cannot be returned if you change your mind, due to their custom or hygienic nature. Please check the list below before purchasing:

Excluded items

  • Custom-sized stone tops, stone tops with cut holes, or custom-made vanities
  • Custom-made shower screens or cut-to-size linear grates
  • Smart bidet seats and bidet toilets (hygiene products)
  • Nano-coating shower screens (applied treatment cannot be reversed)
  • Spa baths (once filled and tested)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Special-order products sourced specifically for your project

How to start a return

To initiate a change-of-mind return, contact our support team with your order number and let us know which items you would like to return. We will provide return authorisation and shipping instructions by email within 48 hours. Items must be returned to our warehouse, or you can bring them to our Yennora showroom during business hours.

Restocking fee

For returns over $2,000 in value within a single 12-month period, a 15% restocking fee may apply. This covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and returning products to inventory. We will always let you know before any fees are applied.
