To make the most of your visit, bring along:

Room measurements — vanity widths, ceiling heights, and rough-in positions if you have them
Preferred finish list — photos or samples of colours, materials, and styles you are considering
Current fixture photos — show us what you are replacing so we can match sizes and connections
Project plans or scope — for trade appointments, bring your plans or a list of required quantities

Frequently asked questions

How long does an appointment take?

Most showroom visits take 30–45 minutes, depending on how many products you want to see. Trade walkthroughs and complex projects may take up to an hour. Phone consultations are typically 20–30 minutes.

Can I book an appointment on the same day?

We accommodate same-day bookings when possible, but we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to make sure a specialist is available for your product category.

Can I bring samples to compare?

Absolutely. Bringing your own tiles, paint swatches, or stone samples is encouraged — it helps us match finishes accurately and saves you a return trip.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

No problem. Just give us a call or send a message. We understand that renovation schedules can change. We will help you find another time that works.

Is there a cost for appointments or showroom visits?

No. Showroom visits, trade walkthroughs, and phone consultations are completely free. There is no obligation to purchase — we are here to help you make informed decisions.

Can I pick up my online order during my appointment?

Yes. If you have an existing order ready for pickup, let us know when you book and we will have it ready for you at the showroom so you can collect it during your visit.
