Whether you have changed your mind, received a faulty item, or something just isn’t right, here is how to return a product to MyDepot. Our team is here to help every step of the way.
How to return an item
We aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. The first step is always to contact our support team so we can issue a return authorisation and provide the correct instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — this helps us process your return faster and avoids anything getting lost.
Step-by-step returns process
- Contact our support team with your order number and item details
- Tell us the reason for the return (change of mind, fault, damage, etc.)
- Include photos of the item and packaging (especially important for damage or faults)
- We will issue return authorisation and shipping instructions by email within 48 hours
- Package the item securely in original packaging and send it back or bring it to our Yennora showroom
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days
Change of mind returns
If you have changed your mind, no worries. We accept change-of-mind returns on most products within 365 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original delivery fees are non-refundable. Some exclusions apply for custom, special-order, and clearance items.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or does not match what you ordered, we are sorry about that. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and clear photos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and we cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Funds are returned to your original payment method. For bank transfers and some payment gateways, please allow additional processing time.
