4. For bulky or fragile items, we recommend picking them up in person for safer handling.

5.If you find water leakage or abnormal water flow, contact the after-sales service in time, please do not disassemble and repair by yourself, so as not to affect the product warranty rights.

Regarding the delivery address：
1. Please double-check your address and contact number before ordering. We currently only accept orders within the Sydney metro area due to courier limitations.
2. Orders outside of Sydney Metro area will incur an additional fee (based on distance and weight) and are at risk of damage.
3. We do not deliver to PO boxes, unit, or department addresses.

*If any damages are found, please ensure they are reported within 24 hours after receiving the product. No claims for damages, defects or wrong product will be acceptable after installation.
